The year is 1636 and France is a troubled nation. A great and terrible evil gnaws at its core and darkness stalks the land.

All that stands between chaos and order are the King’s Musketeers.

Explore a France of swashbuckling action, powerful magic, daring deeds, courtly intrigue, witty repartee, and vile monsters! The characters are France’s bravest and proudest defenders, the King’s Musketeers. Pitted against them is a plethora of corrupt nobles, black magicians, fell demons, and twisted secret societies. Set at the height of power of Cardinal Richelieu and Louis XIII, All for One: Régime Diabolique mixes the action of literary works such as The Count of Monte Cristo and The Three Musketeers with horror and intrigue to create a unique, vibrant setting.

Strap on your sword, salute the King, and prepare to cross swords with the creatures of darkness!

Psst! Guys, it's a usually a Campaign setting and not a Capmaign setting... which might be less depressing then the other campaign having character opions instead of options. As the one guy here who reviewed the 1st edition and saw a lot of potential in it (I still hold the first book up as great guide to a Musketeer's setting even if you don't want to use Savage Worlds) I'm torn between optimism upon seeing some of what I would have loved to found in the first edition listed on the page... and concern at an obvious swing and a miss in the basic blurb.

Luc, I believe Simon is referring to this product page’s typos... which remain uncorrected.

Oops! Fair point... though it does underscore the point that even I can come back here months later, note this, acknowledge it... and still be doing better than the publishers! (Even though I did almost manage to use then instead of than again, I almost decided to leave it in for irony's sake).

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
