When entering the market you pass over a skull, a symbol of the black market, with the implication and knowledge that any trouble within it’s walls will end in your swift execution. A statue stands by it’s entrance, a bowl outstretched.
The market is coated in warm light from the slowly burning braziers affixed to the stone walls, the smoke drifting up through chimneys carved into the ceilings.
Crates and barrels line the walls and colorful fabrics hang above the stalls trying to gain the attention of passersby. Just off the central market sits a small shady tavern where scoundrels meet and a storage room that leads deeper underground.

When entering the market you pass over the docks and the crashing waves then continue past a small guards office that keeps an eye out for troublemakers and a statue stands over a small fountain, a bowl in it’s hands, coins have been thrown into the fountains waters, presumable because it’s a wishing well of sorts.

Mutagenic Sewers
The foul stench of sewage is almost overwhelming down here, stinging both your nostrils and your eyes. Coupled with it’s brightly green glowing water and the incessant drip, drip, drip of water passing through drains before a sudden swoosh of fouled liquids pouring out of some hole from above keeps you on guard, that would be of course, if you weren’t already on guard for what you’d come here to kill.
Wooden planks, some rotted badly, have been slung over the creeks of filth making makeshift walk ways and crumbling walls clutter the thin walkways, covering the floors and crates that have been left behind. Some storage areas contain many crates, however over time those have either been raided or rotted themselves, leaving behind quite disgusting remains.
