Deadlands: the Weird West: Blood Drive Figure Flats

ADD TO WISHLIST >

The Blood Drive Figure Flats feature three sheets of characters and critters and brand new terrain pieces as well!

Supplement your maps with campfires, a chuck wagon, and other bits you’ll find useful for Blood Drive or your own outdoor adventures, all printed on thick, die-cut punchboard.

Beautifully illustrated front and back and easy to transport, Deadlands Pawns make your games come to life on the tabletop, especially when used with our gorgeous new map packs!

Blood Drive requires the Deadlands: The Weird West core book, and the Savage Worlds core rules to play.

Our Archetype Set 3 is a perfect accompaniment, providing 12 new heroes to play with slightly more conventional Western backgrounds.

I confirm I have the same issue as Karly S. Opening it in Preview.app, and many images are overlapping. Opening it in Acrobat Reader, then it looks OK. But the file is secured with a password limiting what I can do with it. Not sure whether I can even print it --- !@ Doesn't seem like I can copy/paste/edit it, either, to select only the figures that I want to take to the Copy Store and pay to print on their color laser printer. ... If I can't find a way to get more control over the document that it appears my purchase has earned me, I'll inquire about returning it.

Hey James, we don't have any security features on the file except the automatic DTRPG watermark. I've removed the watermark, which should fix the issue!

Just bought this, and very excited to print. However, on my computer (Mac), when I go to print, all the characters are overlapping, rather than spaced out as shown in the PDF viewer. Any way to resolve this? I can't use these figures :(

Hi Karly! We've not had this reported elsewhere. Can you trying using Adobe Reader and letting me know how that works? We often see problems when people open it directly in a browser, but then it's fine when they actually use Reader. Thanks!

These look nice. Any chance of offering them as digital PNG files for VTTs?

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
