Like most of the offerings from Arcane Library, these scenarios have excellent maps.

The scenarios currently used as framing devices for these maps are generally ok. They're professionally constructed. Also: careful work has been done to ensure that they're very usable in a game.

But for me the real value is in the maps.

This is a very nice little map for the price. All the better for being hand-drawn.

I don't mind that there are no roofs. When I use this in Roll20 I just mask the top of each room with a hand-drawn shape. I remove it if the players go inside a section, and I leave it on if the players or enemy are on the roof.

What would really help is if the 'mobile' elements of the picture (the big truck or ATV, and the smaller vehicles in the other hangar) were actually detachable.

Including these vehicles as separate elements would increase the utility of this map enormously.

I was in the throes of adventure design when I saw this beautiful map. An abandoned crypt with bandits was exactly what I needed!

I even used the Delacrane name, albeit with a small change.

Now the last scion of the accursed Delakrayne family lolls drunkenly upon a Throne of Skulls in the midst of his family's ancestral crypt. He sends out his bandits to bring victims to slake the thirst of the implacable Delakrayne Gods.

But all the time his beautiful and evil Sister plots to supplant him. She wordlessly communes with the hideous denizen of the tomb in the corner of the map.

She eagerly awaits her brother's death - perhaps at the hands of adventurers - for on the day that his lifeblood stains the stones of this crypt then 'Grandfather' will be freed ...
