Good product. it has town information and NPCs. The only issue I have is that the maps are kind of hard to make out.

Wonderful product! This is a great collection of small towns and settlements. Each town has a wide variety of NPCs, each with a small, but rich background. Can be used in any system. Maps are excellent. If you are a game master, this is a must. I have used this in both my D&D 5e and The Fantasy Trip worlds. You can easily populated a map and world with the towns in this product.

Ordinary Towns is a great tool for pretty much any DM, whether you're new to worldbuilding and need some towns to drag-and-drop into your campaign, or have been running games for 20 years and just want some inspiration. While the plot hooks provided are wonderful, I personally am mostly using the amazing maps because that's my own personal weak spot.

Great to have in your back pocket if your party goes off the prepared trail. I used it to prep for a one-shot to use as the quest point for the dungeon. Highly recommend it!

I really like the maps and the adventure hooks. The book itself is layed out in a way that is a little hard to decipher with the icons at the beginning of each settlement's description, especially with the complete lack of color thoughout the entire book, and most of the towns assume a high-magic setting with any and all races possible, requiring a little fiddling for a low-magic game with fewer races being commonplace. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it as a tool for inspiration, but it's just not versatile enough for plug-and-play as it suggests with the title "small settlements for any campaign."
